Poseiden Foundation Ambassadors

Helped feed over 6,500 families

Since the global pandemic, Poseiden Foundation Ambassadors have been finding different ways they can give back to our communities.

ELIANA PACKING VEGGIES

Every Tuesday for 4 months as her giveback. Eliana Sosco assisted the food banks of North County, San Diego by dedicating every Tuesday for four months straight to feeding families most in need.

ELIANA PACKING BREAD

Feeding more than 400 Families a day

Picked over 3,000 pounds of citrus to donate to food banks

Thank you to Isabelle Fried, and her citrus farm connections, she curated a group of youth to pick circus fruit 3 times a week, loading cars with oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and tangerines!

These pounds of fruit were delivered to homeless shelters, food banks, and dropped off in low-income communities.

Collected over 50 pounds of honey for the community

By working with local bee farmers, we were able to learn how to do bee removals, harvest honey, and protect the bees.

With the honey harvested, we were able to give 50 pounds to local community and inform them about the medical properties raw honey has in protecting the immune system.

PRINCEPARK, OCEANSIDE

POSEIDEN SKATEBOARDING & COMMUNITY

Poseiden Foundation teamed-up with Josh "Fiesto" and Marquis from Princepark. Both youth advocates from North County and to be more specific, from Oceanside. Together, we created several DL events for the local youth of Oceanside, CA. As many do not know, Oceanside has a very high rate of homeless, foster, and orphaned youth within its community.

During these hard times, approximately 80% of the kids that attended the events, have been lacking food due to school being out, a rise in domestic abuse at home, and use their local park as their number one mental health facility and to escape from gang violence and drugs in their neighborhoods.

Both Josh and Marquis have done an exceptional job with Poseiden Foundation, and we are proud to announce Marquis as one of our Advisory Board Members as our Oceanside Community Youth Leadership Programmer.

PRINCEPARK YOUTH CLEAN-UPs

Working with our Youth Community Leadership, we teamed up with Skatepark Respect during one of our events, and had youth clean their home park prior to starting each best trick contest.

A total of 10 bags of trash were picked up, and everyone worked together in making sure that items that were able to be recycled were separated from non-recyclables. We have hosted a skate park clean-up once a month since the pandemic has started.

United We Skate =

40 boards & 24 pairs of shoes

Recently given away to youth of PrincePark

Thanks to board companies like Granduer, H-street, Aluminati, Mini Logo, Lady Luck, and many more...We gave away 40 skateboards to the youth at PrincePark. And, with the help from companies like: Converse, Etnies, and Vans, we gave new shoes to youth that desperately needed new kicks not only to skate in, but to have a decent pair of shoes for daily life. Mentoring girls &

getting them to skate

Advisory Board Member CaraBeth "CB" Burnside

Poseiden Foundation hosted a series of events at PrincePark that gave girls a chance to showcase their talent and receive guidance and mentorship from CB Burnside.

CB came to the park, skated with the girls, gave pointers, and most importantly, taught them the importance of believing in themselves.

THE IMPORTANCE OF YOUTH INVOLVEMENT

How They Make A Difference

A Special Thank you to Ruby Lily. She is an amazing leader when it comes to teaching others what it means to giveback

Do your part, and teach others how to conquer their fears. We are honored to have Ruby as a volunteer for Poseiden Foundation.

THANK YOU

TO ALL OUR YOUTH PARTICIPANTS

We want to also give a big thank you to all the youth that came out and skated, picked-up trash, shared smiles, gave high-fives, and most importantly to the youth that shared kindness and love to everyone at the park.

Thank you to Isabella Loew and Reagan Conrad, for hyping up the girls! We are excited to keep the fun going!
